You have an option to assign a Product to a Workspace, Team or User.
Open a product and choose Assignment.
Here's how the assignment is designed to function for each part:
Workspace: assigning a product to a Workspace only, the user in that Workspace, will see the product in the manager interface only.
Team: assigning a product to a Team only. Users in that Team see the product in both the manager and agent interfaces. (if the team has access to both interfaces).
User: assigning a product to a User only:
user in manager interface, will not see the product
user in agent interface, will see the product
Depending on what your own role and needs are, you can use the product assignment according to your wishes.
